● Providing legal advice in the drafting of a Bill on the protection of coasts in Colombia, to combat coastal erosion and climate change.● Providing legal advice in the drafting of a Bill on energy efficiency for the Colombian Caribbean Region, to combat the high cost of energy with sustainable solutions.● Researching and drafting, along with other allies of the Firm, a request for precautionary measures before the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights on behalf of the incarcerated population in Colombia, with special attention on women.● Advising, under the leadership of a partner of the Firm, the State of Colombia in contentious cases before the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, researching and drafting reports on the standards of the Inter-American Court, the European Court, the African Court and the United Nations Treaty Bodies/Committees, in civil, political, economic, social, cultural and environmental rights.● Advising and representing children and women victims of violence, under the leadership of a partner of the Firm, in family and criminal cases.● Advising and representing clients in criminal cases, under the leadership of a partner of the firm, before judges, tribunals and courts in Colombia.● Coordinating the research for the international litigation strategy for the protection of human rights in a case on the use of Asbestos.● Researching and drafting a report on public policy for the Secretariat of Culture of Barranquilla, by gathering, organising and disaggregating relevant data in charts and tables, comparing the investment budgets between municipalities and providing the corresponding analysis.● Researching, drafting legal and providing advice on human rights, public law and criminal law related cases.● Coordinating interns in the areas of international law and criminal law.● Supporting the Firm's international and commercial relations, with allies in the United States and Spain, as well as with AMCHAM and CAMACOES.

-Co-writing 2 research articles and 2 book chapters about cases -individual communications or complaints- of Latin American States before the United Nations Human Rights Committees.-Researching and analyzing the United Nations Human Rights Committees jurisprudence regarding Latin American States.-Building the project database regarding the individual communications submitted against Latin American States before the United Nations Human Rights Committees.

La Corte Constitucional emitió la sentencia C-200 de 2019 con base en la demanda del numeral 15 literal a) del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo con fundamento en la evolución jurisprudencial de la Estabilidad Laboral Reforzada.
