I provided account support to international clients via phone, chat, and email in a heavy multi-tasking environment. I help clients with their shipping, services, and account questions and requests.

As Director of iD Tech Camps UCLA, I was primarily responsible for running 9 weeks of a technology camp with a weekly cap of 152 students and 20+ staff out of UCLA. My duties included location set-up, general administration and paperwork, communication with the home office, campus liaisons, and clients, scheduling, activity planning and implementation, daytime and overnight supervision of students, medication and first aid administration, loss prevention, staff management, implementation of the iD culture, and many other duties.

I was responsible for running a small after school program for the Y in a local elementary school. My duties included administration, activity and curriculum planning, student supervision, homework help, and liaising with the school and parents. Additional duties included asset management and monthly newsletter creation.

As Director of iD Tech Camps UCSD, I was primarily responsible for running 8 weeks of a technology camp with a weekly cap of 72 students and 9+ staff out of UCSD. My duties included location set-up, general administration and paperwork, communication with the home office, campus liaisons, and clients, scheduling, activity planning and implementation, daytime and overnight supervision of students, medication and first aid administration, loss prevention, staff management, implementation of the iD culture, and many other duties.

My duties include administrative support, Excel work, graphic design, and basic tech support.

As Director of iD Tech Camps UNLV, I was primarily responsible for running 5 weeks of a technology camp with a weekly cap of 21 students and 4 staff out of UNLV. My duties included location set-up, general administration and paperwork, communication with the home office, campus liaisons, and clients, scheduling, activity planning and implementation, daytime and overnight supervision of students, medication and first aid administration, loss prevention, staff management, implementation of the iD culture, and many other duties.

I spent my first summer with iDTech, at their Brown University location, as a regular overnight instructor. My duties included teaching Game Design classes to children between the ages of 7 and 17, as well as running occasional activities during the day, and general supervision and activities for overnight campers.My second two seasons with iDTech I've held the position of Lead Instructor. My duties were expanded to medication distribution, aiding the Director, team building, communicating with parents, and running the camp when the Director was absent.This past summer I was given the opportunity to take over the Directorship at our location for a week while our regular Director was away.

As Graphics editor I am responsible for the design and execution of graphics and ads, as well as prepping photos for print, for use in the newspaper, on the website, and PR materials.Also, I contribute to content through writing a semi-weekly Health topics column as well as other occasional news and arts and entertainment articles.

I am responsible for the design and layout of the magazine and cover art. I also do the technical liaising with the printing company.

As Managing Editor of Content, I headed up the production department and the section editors to ensure the completion of all assignments and the newspaper itself. I was also liaison to our rep at our printing company, TCI.

As Layout editor, I was responsible for the design and execution of the layout of a weekly 20-page newspaper.

Responsible for a variety of tasks including designing banners, logos, flyers, and other PR materials for student organizations and their events.

As Graphics editor, I was section editor to the Comics section as well as being responsible for the design and execution of graphics for use in the newspaper and PR materials.
