Regulatory and Policy Affairs Office - Advanced Engagement Prep (AEP) - Developed and delivered the Advanced Examination Preparation Program as the first step in the Regulatory Engagement Lifecycle. This included drafting, designing, and executing a robust strategy for regulatory engagements while ensuring transparency and quality of protocols and programs. Drafted and delivered impactful training documents for team members to increase productivity and efficiency. Research regulatory guidance, and exam guidelines as part of regulatory examinations conducted by the four primary banking regulators (OCC, FRB, CFPB and FDIC). Continuously fostered and strengthened professional relationship with cross-functional departments and banking regulators. Developed and executed effective internal controls for management to ensure compliance with applicable policy and regulatory requirements. Successfully managed internal audit issues through sustainability, tollgate, and issue validation.
