Responsibilities: ♣ Plan Management: publish project delivery plan, make change if agreed by PMO♣ Meeting Management: initial and organize weekly or monthly meeting with team member and clients♣ Report Management: publish weekly or monthly project report♣ Training: organize technical and non-technical training to both team member and clients♣ Performance Management: monitor project staff and sub-contractors’ performance♣ Relationship Management: regularly liaise and report to inner or outer stakeholders♣ Cost Management: manage staff travels and accommodation expenses♣ File Management: build up, gather and manage all project documents including contracts, reports, invoicing materials, etcKey AchievementsSuccessfully finished the project within contractual schedule, exceeded the client expectations and quality requirements.
