Program Manager, Regional Center Clinics
Current• Practice Management for Regional Health Clinics to include oversight of clinic budget and revenue; billing, claims, and accounts receivable; marketing; communication; and strategic planning• Oversight of human resource and staffing functions for the Regional Health Clinics• Attend local, state or national training opportunities to enhance skills in practice management, healthcare financial management, and quality improvement• Provide coaching, mentoring and supervision to the Regional Health Clinics supervisory staff and physician staff• Working with Building Representatives, Budget Representatives, and General Services Administration to manage facility utilization and maintenance; and equipment utilization, maintenance, and replacement• Participate in preparedness training, disaster response and staff the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) as needed
