I am passionate about creating innovative solutions for Insurance Technologies, our clients, and the entire Insurance Industry. As the Chief Product Officer, I am responsible for driving the overall direction of Insurance Technologies solution offerings. I work with internal Senior Steering Committee and external Client Advisory Boards to collaborate with the executive and management teams and strategic client partners on key strategic opportunities, which help define the product roadmaps. I am also highly involved in the Industry working groups to define initiatives that will shape our future.

- Product owner for CIC suite of products and innovations: Define the roadmap and interaction between the products to meet the company’s broader goals and emerging market requirements, define the implementation plan and manage the project lifecycle for each product to ensure successful execution of the entire plan- Oversee interdependent cross functional projects to maintain the organizational goals, individual project goals, and achieving a strong ROI across the program- Bring efficiency, decrease the operating budget, and ultimately increase revenue- Successfully implement a complete mobile overhaul including the addition of responsive design and a new user interface that meets usability standards and best practices- Lead a successful innovative product reassessment to combine 2 CIC disparate systems to create the robust CIC Digital Transaction Management Platform and iSign® Suite along with a massive marketing repositioning that included overhaul of all CIC marketing brochures- Patent author and owner for 3 innovative and revolutionary products: iSign® Exchange, iSign® Now, and iSign® Live- Foster client partnerships as a relationship Manager for tier 1 clients to successfully drive an 82% increase in new product license revenue and a 75% increase in statement of work revenue- 100% client satisfaction on integrations and enhancement requests through dynamic leadership, strategic planning, process design, and change management- Increase the CIC presence through press releases, speaking engagements at industry meetings and published articles and white papers- Initiate and implement the certification process for CIC HIPAA and HITECH compliance and provide the ongoing supervision and training for continued compliance- Ensure compliance with all related Esign Laws and regulations that pertain to CIC’s target market

Responsible for integrating the diverse needs of CIC partners to conform to client customizations, changes in regulatory requirements, industry initiatives, and new advancements in technology.

- Chief Product Owner for the Annuity and Life solutions: Manage Product Development team;1, 3 & 5 year roadmap; and provide strategic direction and program management for enterprise level business to business platform enhancements- Perform industry and trend research to determine project feasibility and ROI for all platforms- Successfully increase the Ebix product offering from conception, sales, and initial design of the Annuity Maintenance Product (AMP) - Lead EbixExchange executive management discussions to develop product strategy and new initiatives for EbixExchange (examples include: Annuity Maintenance Platform, AN3, global EbixExchange Esignature Solution, NAIC Model Suitability Solutions, Vital Annuity Suitability Tool, and LifeSpeed User Interface Upgrade)- Serve as a senior level sales support helping to solidify and sign key clients (Examples include: Ameriprise Financial, US Bank, Bank of America, Pershing, Charles Schwab, and Edward Jones) that resulted in over $3,000,000 in implementation and work request revenue and additional recurring revenue- Successfully research, write software requirements, and implement distributor platform enhancements on AnnuityNet (examples include Esignature, FINRA 2230, AN3 Platform Design, and Annuity Maintenance Platform Design)- Develop and execute an ongoing Annuity training program for all Ebix employees to understand the basics of the Annuity and Life Insurance industry and product features, PPfA/PPfL, and the order entry process to understand deliverables and ultimately deliver excellent products- QA management and major overhaul of the testing procedures, test scripts, and testing execution that resulted in increased client release satisfaction and reduce bug defects by 85%- Perform standard management responsibilities (reviews, interviews, new hires, and terminations)
