CREW New York, launched in 2015, is the result of the merger between the two top professional organizations in New York City for women in commercial real estate: the New York chapter of the Commercial Real Estate Women (NYCREW), and the Association for Real Estate Women (AREW).CREW New York’s goal is to inspire, support and encourage women in the world of real estate with mentorship, career-guidance for budding professionals and a network of consummate professionals ready to lend a hand.Throughout the year, CREW New York offers ample opportunity to network and engage with women in real estate through an outstanding program of luncheons, breakfasts, seminars, lectures and cocktail events. • Directly manage and oversee Business Development Coordinator• In addition to NYC, provide BD and Marketing support to all US delivery offices in Houston, TX; Irvine, CA; and San Francisco, CA • Lead the team in responding to RFI/RFP/RFQ’s; prepare qualification packages, proposals, awards packages, client presentations and collateral material• Input, organize and track marketing information on prospective projects and clients• Organize and manage new photography process with Design Director and professional photographers• Lead public relation efforts for US offices (award submissions, surveys, publications, etc.)• Maintain marketing tools and collateral; share with other offices when necessary• Liaise with M Moser’s global business development team on timely exchange of marketing information and production material• Manage internal database marketing information• Pursue prospective clients by developing a trusting professional relationship with them by identifying, understanding and communicating the excellence of M Moser's services• Pursue prospective leads through a strong network of industry partners and obtain,research and qualify project leads• Assist in closing deals with clients by working closely with the leadership team, providing accurate perspectives on the decision making process within the client organization andenhancing M Moser’s presence in the local marketplace

SMPS-NY organizes programs for AEC industry marketers, business developers and principals to further their knowledge around the SMPS six domains of practice; marketing and research, marketing planning, client and business development, proposals, promotional activity, and management. The Professional Development Committee works to develop programs on topics that are current and important to today’s marketing teams. In addition to our three professional development evening programs in the spring, our PD committee organizes the following programs:THE Marketing Event (TME) – Our annual program offers participants a full-day of interactive career development content focused around marketing, business development and leadership. Attendees range from junior coordinator to senior level technical staff.Coordinator’s Club Brown Bag Lunches – These bi-monthly, hour long lunch sessions provide attendees a forum for open discussion around a variety of topics from public relations to proposals to photography. Better yet, they are free for members!Marketer’s Toolbox – Creative Workshop Series – This four-part series of interactive workshops is designed so participants actually get their hands dirty by practicing InDesign exercises and related digital marketing tasks under an instructor’s guidance. They are also free for members!
