Brand Manager for the PBR Unleash The Beast Series. Travel to PBR (Professional Bull Riders) events across the country and build the brand awareness for the PBR Reward Program for fans. While on PBR tour, managed the activation of our rider autograph sessions at local Wal-Marts in each market, as well as the execution of the PBR Fan Rewards booth at arena events.

Under the direction of the Director of Administration, planned and executed internal staff events including, but not limited to, the following: holiday parties, Director Dinners, bi-monthly staff outings, monthly birthday celebrations, community service projects, etc. Acted as main point of contact for the COA Egencia travel solution, liaising between COA staff and the Egencia point person.Egencia ‘travel manager’ assigned to coordinate with the Chief Financial Officer to gain approval for staff flights, hotels and car rentals within four hours of request. Planned and executed all Egencia traveler trainings for new staff.Assisted the Director of Administration with housing installations, check-outs and inspections. Ensured proper payments of additional housing fees by staff, including pet fees, additional key fees and storage unit fees. Managed the guest units used for all COA guests.Responsible for taking and collecting photographs and gathering updated contact information for each staff member for the COA yearbook.Assisted with the daily operational functions of the COA office including tracking and ordering supplies, preparing offices for new staff, preparing and processing access requests, ordering badges, assigning parking, running political vets, etc.Oversaw the in-house vetting program and conducted in-house vets as needed.

- Supported fund raising efforts of Governor Bobby Jindal and Carly Fiorina’s Super PACs in their 2016 presidential campaigns by researching potential and recurring donors, setting appointments, sending acknowledgment letters, developing call sheets for the candidates and miscellaneous other duties. - Help plan and execute client fundraising events, including staffing special congressional events for Senator Orrin Hatch and organizing steering committee meetings for Senator John McCain and Senator Roger Wicker. - Research donor information and maintain donor contact databases, which are used for email blasts and event invitations. Created call sheets with this information for congressional, senatorial, and presidential clients. - Assisted owner/main consultant with travel booking, calendar maintenance, setting appointments, as well as creating client invoice and expense reports. - Fundraising outreach for our clients through outbound calls and emails to potential donors.

- Helped facilitate and execute largest grower rebate program in country distributing over fifty million dollars in 2013. - Acted as client liaison for grower fulfillment programs with over 40,000 active growers. - Provided data management support and investigated inquiries from field personnel, retailers & growers with 100% of inquiries resolved in two days. - Assisted with the execution of grower payments and created transmittals for payment verification runs. - Responsible for the execution of exception processes, allowing for check distribution to be completed before public payment date. - Documented and maintained grower fulfillment customer service processes, documents & calendars.

- Responsible for maintaining positive client relations with prospective & returning clients by fulfilling all reporting and other requests in a timely manner. - Planned & researched promotional activities for clients at special events. This included booths with product distribution, games, etc. to build brand awareness. - Set-up and execution of special events, from NASCAR (Daytona 500, Coca-Cola 600, etc.) to state fairs and home and garden shows, such as the Rochester Lilac Festival. - Wrote press releases and developed pre-event & post-event reports to help evaluate effect of sampling distribution on brand awareness and product placement. - Responsible for the training, development, and management of promotional employees.
