Effectively and independently handle communication through various channels between the leadership team and other stakeholders (technical account managers, freelancers, members of other teams). Organize the documentation repository and make its content available for whoever needs to consult them. Assist with the onboarding phase for new members of the team. Take care of the team's initiative tracker and make sure it's updated on a regular basis. Collect and process relevant data from different sources in order to assist with generating and maintaining different reports and tools. Be in constant communication with the team via slack or Zoom during expected working hours.

Delineate, document, and maintain the processes to execute GB Advisors' operations. Support in internal audits to ensure that standards are maintained. Design and write all related SOPs and edit any existing documentation to ensure robust standardization across the network. Provide support and management of processes in the form of identification of exceptions and deviations. Creation, analysis, and distribution of process reports. Act as a focal point for the process, communication with clients, staff, and administration. Notify process participants when procedures are not being followed. Day-to-day process management. Guarantee the integrity of the information collected to carry out daily operations. Establishment of measures and objectives to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the processes. Identify and implement process improvement.
