I graduated from Bryant University with a Bachelors in Communications and a double minor in Marketing and Business Administration. I have over ten years experience working face to face with customers. I love the problem solving aspect of helping people, and I have consistently gone above and beyond to help anyone who has come to me.I currently work for CVS. My main responsibility is to look into whatever issue our customers are having and to provide a resolution. This can be on the phone, though email, or even by social media. In July 2022, I was presented with an award for being a Star Employee, selected out of a team of twenty coworkers. I have also consistently been within the top three of the team on a month to month basis.
