Senior Manager, Consulting
Current• Work with clients to evaluate cost allocation methods to maximize efficiency in accounting for indirect (entity-wide) and direct costs, reduce administrative burden and waste, and improve service and/or program evaluation.• Partner with clients to evaluate and restructure budgeting process to focus on strategic outcomes and projections.• Manage consulting projects, including assigned team and budgeted resources, to serve and enhance client operations in accordance with regulatory standards and budgetary restraints.• Assist consulting clients in evaluating and restructuring their financial (accounting) operations process for efficiency improvements while maintaining internal controls in the purchasing, vouchering, payables, billing/ invoicing/ claims reimbursement, budgeting, allocation, reporting, and other accounting processes.• Assist clients in updating their financial policy and procedures manuals. Write and contribute sample financial policies and procedures to Wipfli's Financial Policies and Procedures Manual Template available to member organizations.• Present and train on Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200, federal grant regulations), process improvement, cost allocation, budgeting, reporting, and other financial-related topics at national and closed conferences.• Coach and mentor Wipfli associates in performance and learning development plan.
