I create, organize, collaborate, market, direct, and execute events at The Metropolis Apartments to build the community and invite new prospects. I develop and run events that highlight the skills and interests of the residents of The Metropolis, a complex created to house primarily artists and musicians. The events are diverse and involve elements to bring the community together and have a good time, from kids crafts to vinyl nights... music shows to music festivals. I create all flyers and marketing materials and promote via social media channels. From set up to take down, I direct and run these events and they are a blast!As a Leasing Agent, I am involved in underwriting, assistance and preparation of leases, as well as all move-in and compliance-related paperwork. I welcome customers, assess their needs and provide tours of the apartment units and community. Stay on top of current policies and guidelines, and assist with maintaining records and resident files in an organized manner. I collect, record, and deposit rent payments, application fees and security deposits appropriately. I also support the lease renewal program and assist with the promotion and communication of resident services. I also create marketing materials to promote sales at the complex.
