Created and taught devotionals for children aged 5-15. Designed and improved procedural guidelines for volunteer development, program needs and summer student programming. Lead satellite church (Edina Campus) Student Ministries by creating vision, teaching and discipling students in 7th-12th grade.

Cheyenne River Reservation, South Dakota

Managed three paid staff with individual ministries. Implemented new relationships with members of the Cheyenne River Reservation. Lead weekly participants’ birth-99 years of age. Managed the safety of the family-ministry mission site for 50 participants each week. Audited the site budget.

St. Cloud, Minnesota Area

Coordinated and oversaw the Family Ministry of birth-18 years of age (roughly 125 children and students per week). Managed four Children’s Ministry classrooms for two-three services on weekends. Recruited, trained, scheduled and provided care for 50 volunteers within the Family Ministry. Led Wednesday night youth groups for 5th – 12th grade students by writing, teaching and developing a Christ-centered curriculum. Planned and implemented programmatic events and small discipleship groups for students and families. Personally mentored five female high school students. Provided assistance to Lead Pastor in pastoral care for families and equipped parents in their role as the primary discipler of their family.

Window Rock, Arizona

Supervised and managed four paid staff and their individual ministries. Implemented a new ministry for teens in the Navajo Reservation. Provided leadership for and built relationships with weekly adult leaders and students. Oversaw the safety of the mission site for 72 people. Managed a site budget of $18,000. Served as a daily spiritual leader for the site. Cast the vision of a Christ-centered service. Maintained and developed personal relationships with different community members.
