I have loved cooking from the time I was a young child. Always enjoyed exploring new cuisine and developing my own recipes, so it was natural that I make it my life's work.I have worked in a variety of restaurant and foodservice operations, from small family owned restaurants to Hotels.Currently, I own and operate Entrée Preneur, a company devoted to all things culinary. My passion lies in recipe development and demonstration. I have provided segments on the local television program, San Diego Living, XETV. As a Chef/Instructor at Great News! Cooking School in Pacific Beach, CA., I enjoyed 19 years cooking and creating. It was a fantastic place for anyone who loves to cook. From there I helped to build up a clientele at a local gluten free restaurant called The Curious Fork. It was a very nice local place for classes, parties and catering that offered food that was free from gluten and. We made amazing bread, waffles and Bagels. Sadly it closed in September of 2017.I am still passionate about food and hospitality, but I also have a love of retail and I've branched off to see if I can build an online store presence so I have opened Mercantile Express, an online general store.
