ServiceFirst Year Advisor (July 2022 - present): Advise 4-5 first year students annually on course & concentration selection and the transition to college life on an urban residential campus.

- Advise 900+ students enrolled in the School of Liberal Arts, with a 98% student satisfaction rate. - Helped design a “Career Roadmap” to plan students’ successful attainment of internships.- Doubled weekly appointment average in one semester.- Consult on development of institutional program embedding experiential education, branded Warriors at Work.- Increase registration of internships (both academic and independent) in CRM system. - Serve as a host and facilitator for 60 students during two 2 day Professional Development Retreats.- Lead ad hoc classroom presentation requests. - Developed and launched annual Liberal Arts Career Night to connect Liberal Arts majors with alumni. - Build and maintain relationships with Dean, Department Chairs, and key faculty.

- Demonstrate use of multiple online resources to students and alumni, including Crimson Careers, iNET, Crimson Compass, Case Interview Practice software and career guides through workshops, drop-ins, and ad-hoc informal appointments and assistance.- Manage job and internship postings in Crimson Careers, UCAN and iNET, and employer information sessions and workshops.- Conduct unique student-centered projects like the Senior Check-in, Still Seeking group, aid in the development and implementation of new January Externship program, offering over 70 externships each January through partnerships with organizations, alumni, the HAA and CPIC. - Serves Harvard College, Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, and Extension School students.

- Assist students and alumni of Harvard College, the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, and the Harvard Extension School in utilizing the resources at the Office of Career Services.
