Revamped the overall training budget, eliminated redundancies and renegotiated all vendor contracts leading to a 27% bottom line savings within first 6 months. Due to immediate fiscal impact, was asked to redo all contracts nationwide, resulting in a major reduction in our cost per hire ratios.
