I coordinated a team of contractors; this expanded from 3 to 6 in my time at Green Hat. I was responsible for resourcing and training the new staff. My day to day duties include planning priorities for the contractors at the moment it stands on 10 campaigns, reporting on campaigns on a daily basis internally and weekly WIPs with clients, strategically planning next steps and reviewing budget. We brought contractors in-house so I set up a constructive environment for them to work together, also run training development for the campaigns and weekly scheduling for upcoming pipeline of work so that we had the correct resources available.
