In 2013, I helped plan and execute The Timberland Workshop event, which won a PR Week award for "Best Use of Analytics." Through year-round listening on social media, we identified consumer interests and developed an event that positioned the brand around those interests and targeted media and influencers. For Capital One, I oversaw the strategy, development and execution of the Capital One Rewards Barometer - a bi-annual survey identifying trends in the credit card rewards industry.
