Go365 is Humana's wellness program that rewards its members for reaching health goals, getting preventative screenings, learning about their health and participating in physical activity. Provide support to Humana’s Go365 standalone, key-accounts wellness clients. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at several worksites. Educate members on the different aspects of the wellness program through webinars of up to 500 attendees and in-person presentations averaging 50-100 attendees. Work with client leadership to create and implement activities and communications designed to increase overall engagement in the wellness Program. Organize and attend various events like wellness committees, biometric screenings, 5Ks, and health fairs. Organize and lead all-day trainings on the Go365 program for key stakeholders and program champions.
