A little more background on me:Before starting Firesign, I served as the chief marketing officer at two Am Law 200 firms, Shook, Hardy & Bacon and Lathrop & Gage. This provided me with well-rounded experience in business development and marketing communications that I can now put to work for Firesign clients. At Lathrop & Gage, I started the client feedback program, now in its ninth year, and launched the firm’s award-winning agribusiness practice. At Shook, my team's full-scale rebrand earned “Best Identity” from the Legal Marketing Association’s Midwest chapter, and we created a business development dashboard to show pitches and wins in real time. My teams brought in nine figures of new work.I'm honored to have earned industry recognition for branding, websites, internal programs and other tactics, but I may be more proud that I outlawed stock photos of gavels, law books and the scales of justice at both organizations.I care about marketing ROI, client empathy and proper spelling.
