I am a highly experienced Competition Partner, with a strong focus on digitalisation and competition in tech markets. I am OC's Global Head of Tech, working with our key clients across a range of tech businesses. I am a partner champion for social diversity, working closely with our fantastic diversity networks. My transformation and sector focus flows through into my work, representing clients in front of the Competition and Markets Authority, European Commission and the full range of UK sectoral regulators. I am currently engaging with the new UK Digital Markets Unit on several strategic matters.I have a strong focus on 'future proofing' clients' business models in an environment of rapidly evolving competition law and frequently helps clients from a range of industries engage in consultations, Government engagement and lobbying work.I advise across the full range of competition law and specialise in assessing the competition law and regulatory compliance of clients’ commercial arrangements – including around new technologies such as the Internet of Things, AI and data driven business models. I am also experienced in competition litigation and implementing bespoke compliance programs.I spent seven months on secondment at Vodafone Group plc in 2016/17 and so have an in-depth understanding of telecoms and connected markets.I am ranked in the Legal 500 and Who's Who Legal's "Future Competition Leaders".Specialties: Digital Regulation, competition law compliance and investigations, cartels, merger control, dawn raids, regulated procurement.
