Office Of Economic Analysis

With the Office of Economic Analysis at the College of Charleston, I assisted the Office Director and Professor of Economics, Dr. Hefner, with data compilation and analysis on a local, state, and national level. The main objective of the research was to objectively identify economic trends within the Lowcountry economy and beyond.

While interning with Uniwest Commercial Realty, I observed and assisted in each department a part of the Uniwest including Leasing Brokerage, Property Management, Finance, Construction, and Hospitality. Notably, I assisted the Leasing Brokers with sales leads, site visits, and market research. Additionally, I assisted the Property Manager with the creation of contracts with subcontractors for maintenance of the shopping centers, letters to tenants, and maintenance reports. Throughout my internship, I worked diligently and throughly with leasing documents and the practical and legal implications associated with them.

Arlington, Va

Preformed research for the non-profits various projects with the goal to eliminate human trafficking and domestic abuse. Authored a white paper on "Women in Duress: Empowering Syrian Refugee Women Through Microfinance." This paper was presented at the William Moore Student Research Conference at the College of Charleston.
