Currently, I am active in the field of Historic Preservation and am qualified under 36 CFR 61 in Historic Architecture. I am passionate about historic architecture and its preservation for future generations. With over a decade of experience in the practice of architecture for historic preservation, rehabilitation, and adaptive reuse, she has worked on varied project types including large campuses, non-profit organizations, multi-family apartments, institutional buildings, and worship facilities. I continue to evolve as a preservation professional with a growing knowledge in building conservation issues, building assessment, and the treatment of historic materials. I am experienced with a broad range of interactions with the Maryland Historical Trust and the National Park Service including easements, tax credits, Section 106, and DOE.I have earned a BS in Architecture, a Historic Preservation Certificate, and a Master's of Architecture. I am working toward licensing. I would eventually like to act as a consultant for multiple architectural firms on projects involving historic structures.Specialties: Historic Preservation, restoration, adaptive re-use, Historic Tax Credits, Section 106.
