• Coach Public Health and Pre-Health students on their undergraduate career management through a strengths-based, asset-capital lens.• Offer pertinent presentations related to the job search process and conduct mock interview sessions related to traditional interview questions, strength-based questions and MMI interviews.• Foster relationships with faculty and staff and student organizations in the Milken School of Public Health, related majors in the Columbian College of Arts & Sciences, and the GW Medical School.• Liaise with employers and alumni within Public Health in order to foster knowledge of the interdisciplinary opportunities available to these students.• Guide students through the decision-making process re: post baccalaureate programs, gap year opportunities and other intentional engagement endeavors in order to strengthen graduate professional school candidacy

• Administer assessments (CliftonStrengths, MBTI, & Strong Interest Inventory) to guide students in identifying their interests, skills, and values, as it relates to choosing a major and potential industry of interest.• Liaison with stakeholders throughout campus, such as Residence Life, Academic Advisors, and Athletics to offer integrative career exploration services.• Facilitate career coaching topics such as resumes and cover letters, identifying transferable skills, and best practices for networking and informational interviews, among other aspects of career development.• Review drafts of graduate school personal statements and provide insight and revisions.
