Led a team of ten in the development and implementation of fiscal policy for the Massachusetts House of Representatives. Trained, supported, and managed nine budget analysts in the creation of the Massachusetts annual operating budget. As a part time analyst, I provided support for eight other analyst while finishing my last semester of college. My responsibilites included memo writing, background research on policy issues, and independent projects focused on the 2018 ballot initiatives in Massachusetts. Research included paid family and maternity leave policies, minimum wage increases, mandatory nurse staffing ratios, and earned income tax credits.
