Maintain the training tracking process, entering data, administering assessments, tracking completion, etc.Manage all aspects of the Training process. This includes (but not limited to): managing participant registration, communications, meeting details, modifying content post session and follow up.Oversee and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.Manage and create assessment tools for program managers. Collecting, compiling, and reporting results of evaluation, attendance, and training data.Review training evaluation summaries and evaluate data collection for continuous improvementsResearch training suppliers and materials as needed – including details, cost comparison, and timelinesOrder supplies for training and training department as needed.Develop and create surveys & job aids.
