As the supervisor of production I enabled the transition from New York to Somerset New Jersey for Veeco Flow Technologies and Grid Rebuild Program of Veeco. I have enabled multitude of cultural change, fully staffed and implemented 2 remote business units and relocated these Business units in the new facility in Somerset. As the current supervisor of Veeco Flow Technology, we enable customers with astounding reliability of quality products of Binary Gas Modules, Apex Systems, and Gas Mixing Systems for high end customer applications. Some of my duties include management of production line, provide direction for planning, supply change, training of manufacturing engineers, and direct support to R&D teams. With my skill set of experience within the organization has enabled me with a wealth of relationships to impact change, improve manufacturing yields, implement lean and focus on development of the biggest asset of any corporation, people. I enjoy what I do best, managing people that affect the performance of operations.

Aloha. As part of Veeco-Kingston Operations I am able to support the build of MBE technology through testing of MOCVD (Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition) tools. Here within my position I am key to the role of operations and ensure final test strategies are created, implemented, and strives to succeed. As Test engineering at the Kingston location I build relations globally to support the Operations of Kingston and provide the utmost quality services to customers all over the world.

As an MDE I am able to bring and set new process, handle escalations, and ensure revenue is attained. In my current position I am involved in NPI as new products emerge into manufacturing, work with design engineers to ensure manufacturability and by definition always attain the highest results and maintain the highest expectations of my team. I believe that my new position will help open opportunities as well as easy access for Final Integration to get the support required at any time.

Manufacturing SemiconductorDuration within Final Integration team held a few different positions. Within Final integration we learned at a system level overall performance of sensitivity, Optics, Stage, and Image Acq. assemblies. The main focus and responsibility of this position was to ensure "on time to customers" and Quality focused. Also within the positions held within the Final Integration team, I lead a team of test engineers (Night\Day shifts) during final integration testing while pursuing a Baccalaureate degree in Science of Business Management.
