I was responsible for encouraging and motivating staff and Relationship Managers in the Retail branch network and other introductory sources to identify opportunities and introduce suitable clients to Private Banking and the Wealth planning division by utilising best practice systems.Key accountabilities:- plan and undertake a programme of visits and development activity to increase introductions.- Coach, advise and motivate branch staff in the process of generating introductions and building confidence and knowledge in our products and services.- Encourage the adoption of best practice in lead management.- Enhance & maintain the profile of Private Banking.- Monitor, report and inform introducers on progress of High Net Worth introductions.

I progressed from a Private Banking Assistant to a Private Banking Manager role, managing my own client base as a relationship manager whilst meeting Key Performace Indicators. I gained my professional Banking exams with the Securities Institute in 1999. The Investment Advice certificate enabled me to give financial advice to clients.
