The Australian Film Commission was the key Federal Government direct funding body for the Australian screen production industry during the period 1975 to 1988. Its functions were to support and promote the development of a highly creative, innovative and commercially sustainable Australian screen production industry. As Senior Corporate Lawyer I managed all funding contracts (for development, production and marketing), the public film fund raising scheme and policy advice including on international co productions, FOI and regulatory reform of tax concessions for film funding.
