Owning my career meant walking away from climbing the traditional corporate ladder to nurture a boutique coaching practice built upon my passion for human connection, problem solving & accelerating professional development.I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed member of the ICF known for helping senior leaders traverse transitions and navigate their first months in executive roles. I absolutely love this work because it focuses on the personal and professional opportunities available to c-suite leaders at a pivotal career juncture.This scope builds on my background as a Strategy Consultant with Deloitte and my years as a leader in their niche executive workshop group, the Deloitte Greenhouse. During this time I supported the advancement of the Executive Transition Lab program and facilitated bespoke innovation workshops and strategic off-sites for the boards and leadership teams of Fortune 100 companies.As an affiliate member of the Institute of Coaching (McLean Hospital, Harvard Medical School), I value the scientific integrity of coaching, and strive to collaboratively identify goals with clients that will produce meaningful behavior change and measurable outcomes. I take my craft seriously and love the mentorship available in the coaching industry. Prior to launching my practice, I spent three years under the tutelage of multiple premiere coaches with expertise in clinical psychology, systems change and energy leadership. I am also certified in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), and Career Coaching.I'm well versed at conducting 360 assessments and other feedback-related tools that can benefit executives in any high-stakes transition.I'm especially passionate about helping women thrive professionally.
