During this time I supported the advancement of the Executive Transition Lab program and facilitated bespoke innovation workshops and strategic off-sites for the boards and leadership teams of Fortune 100 companies.As an affiliate member of the Institute of Coaching (McLean Hospital, Harvard Medical School), I value the scientific integrity of coaching, and strive to collaboratively identify goals with clients that will produce meaningful behavior change and measurable outcomes.
