I’m a Washington, D.C.-based writer, editor and researcher with a decade of experience in journalism and digital communications.Currently, I work on Pew Research Center’s editorial team, where I write, edit and fact check graphics-heavy stories that use issue-based public opinion findings and government data to contextualize current events. I’ve also managed the daily production calendar as a digital producer and written and produced the weekly newsletter.Prior to joining Pew Research Center, I worked in newsrooms as a reporter covering public education and local government issues. I have a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Kent State University, and a master’s degree in public policy from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public and International Affairs.
