As a current junior at Miami University’s Farmer School of Business, I am actively pursuing a Bachelor of Science in business, while majoring in Marketing and minoring in Business Analytics. With my organizational skills, team management skills, and leadership personality, I am seeking a marketing internship opportunity for the summer of 2025.The Farmer School of Business sets their students apart from other business students. As a first-year student, I was tasked with projects that exposed me to complex real-world business problems. For example, I, along with my team of four other business students, was given the opportunity to participate in the FYIC’s Client Challenge, where we worked to find factors that increase attendance for FC Cincinnati. This was rigorous work, which required my team and I to collaborate every day, develop and use analytical processes to assess databases, and use public speaking and professional communication skills. Furthermore, in my courses at the Farmer School of Business, I have learned Python, SQL, Excel, and improved on professional writing skills.Outside of the classroom, I am a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma, Miami University Women in Marketing, and Best Buddies. Additionally, I have served as an Undergraduate Assistant for an introduction to the Farmer School of Business class for freshmen, and am currently serving as a student assistant in the Marketing department of FSB. During the summer of 2024, I had the opportunity to intern for Union Home Mortgage, where I conducted market research to identify trends and insights, optimizing marketing campaigns targeting both college-age students and first-time homebuyers.
