Sprung On Food is an interview-based digital series and podcast, where food is the maintopic of conversation. In this project, I am responsible for hosting, producing, sourcing locations and booking shoots, directing and writing the video treatment, co-editing, and creating social media assets and publishing.

Squish Marshmallows is a small batch, handcrafted marshmallow company focusing on custom and catering orders in NYC. Squish Marshmallows has been featured on Hallmark Channel, Refinery29, Cosmopolitan, The Chew, Eater, Insider, Money, Thrillist, Forbes, Food Network, Seventeen, among others, named as a finalist for "Best Dessert" at the Vendy Awards, and best hot chocolate in NYC by Insider, Eater, and Time Out New York.

Katherine Sprung is a New York City based voiceover artist since 2012. Her commercial work displays her young, hip attitude and ability to appeal to a wide audience. Katherine gained experience through a number of mediums, spanning from her broadcast journalism studies, working as a DJ, and training and studying under some of the industry's most talented coaches and teachers. She has worked for clients like McDonald's, JetBlue, Whole Foods, DSW, Nordstrom, Best Buy, 1 Hotels, and Tim Horton's, to name a few.

Created menus for both weekly and special events, developing and executing recipes for banquet and dessert buffet displays, custom cake and wedding cake orders, preparing the restaurant's dessert components and bread service.

• Conceptualize, plan and execute all company events, including marketing events, parties, client and sales dinners, off-sites and holiday parties. Responsible for sourcing venues, hiring entertainment and creating swag bags through new and existing relationships• Run all communication and PR, dealing with high volume interest and requests from news outlets, magazines and news publications. Creating press releases and corresponding with reporters to facilitate article publication. Frequently sent out mailers, using MailChimp, to subscribers and produce flyers and event invitations. • Operate, author and post through all social media platforms, utilizing Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, official website and using Vine and Instagram to add color to Twitter and Facebook posts. • Coordinate and execute all new employee orientation and maintain company culture through pop-up events, recurring happy hours and after work social activities • Responsible for the daily operations of the office
