I led the change management teams for two company-wide multi-million dollar implementations of SAP tools and processes, creatively using existing technology and developing new communication vehicles. I collaborated with HR & Finance leaders to develop messages and materials required to establish and evolve the communications strategy.

In this role, I directly supported over 600 employees & four executives and provided regional HR support for RTP employees. I initiated and support compensation and talent strategies to meet my clients' needs, conducted Employee Relations investigations and counseled managers and teams. I also coordinated and conducted numerous downsizing and restructuring initiatives.
