Responsible for developing and implementing focused improvement initiatives at the individual, team, and building level to improve experiences and outcomes for staff and students. Highlights include individual coaching on planning, implementation, and assessment; analysis of standardized test results through multiple lenses to determine key levers for improvement at grade level and building level; ideation and implementation of data-drive, practice-based professional learning communities to address immediate and long term improvement goals; daily, productive collaboration with members of school community at all levels (students, teachers, administrators, community partners/liasons).

I fulfill a variety of school roles depending on daily need, ranging from substitute teacher in K through 8 classrooms, middle school reading intervention, to administrative and testing support. Flexibility is key, along with combining broad knowledge of whole school scheduling and functioning with more specific knowledge of grade-level appropriate academic and social-emotional supports.
