With a combined 40+ years researching and teaching empathy, Dr Lidewij Niezink and I developed Empathic Intervision and Integrative empathy, practical methods with embedded empathy skills for interpersonal engagement, understanding and perspective. Applied to interviews, consultations, conversations, meetings and strategy sessions the methods help to achieve inter-collegial support, professional expertise and improved quality of work, management and care.
