Founded in 2008, the National Diversity Council (NDC) is one of the oldest non-profit diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) organizations in the United States. For over 15 years, the NDC has been a champion for DEIB in workplaces and communities. The mission of the National Diversity Council is to be both a resource and an advocate for the value of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB). The NDC serves as the umbrella organization to support our statewide and regional affiliates, which foster an understanding of DEIB as a dynamic strategy for success and community well-being through various initiatives.
