• Led the management of email marketing for sixteen alumni-based funds and the office of the CEO, engaging 500K community members and raising $132M in investments.• Negotiated a deliverability and email verification service contract at a 35% discount.• Increased IP sender reputation by 27% in three months, improving overall deliverability tothe customer’s inbox and engagement scores, such as open rates, by as much as 11%.• Built out a series of metrics for customer engagement and attributed revenue.• Introduced the use of SMS to the organization to augment email marketing efforts.
