Undeterred by the enormity of the project Kat opened key channels of communication, put together a timeline, and made a series of prototypes that were vetted by an outside security firm. Kat went above and beyond to ship this project in accordance to her timeline. The user permission management system ended becoming a key part of the business strategy. Kat's humor, good natured spirit, and friendliness were key to defining the office culture.", and "Kat has been a very important part of Metamarkets's Frontend development over the past three years.
