While at Kimley-Horn, I transitioned through various roles giving me exposure to a variety of real estate assets including commercial, residential, hotel, airport, and mixed-use. I have worked through challenging projects helping to secure entitlements, re-zoning, site/civil permits, and construction administration. As one of my last projects before starting business school, I enjoyed serving as the project manager on the Faena District Project in Miami Beach, a 530,000 SF mixed-used development consisting of hotel, condo, retail, arts center, and parking facilities. Other clients I enjoyed working with include Swire Properties, Safeguard Self Storage, TD Bank, Fort Lauderdale International Airport, and Walmart.
