• Oversaw all data entry pertaining to memberships, gifts, and constituent affiliations with the museum utilizing the Raiser’s Edge software.

I maintained records for all incoming and outgoing objects in the Museum. This included records of accession, deaccession, and incoming and outgoing loans. I made sure all files contained the appropriate paperwork and were cataloged correctly in our museum's database system. This included composing complete and accurate object descriptions, condition.

I assisted the Curator of Collections with managing and maintaining the museum's collections, incoming and outgoing loans, and donations. I also helped with research requests and the content of exhibitions.
