McAlister Textiles is an online home furnishings company with a USP of designing their own products in-house to sell through various ecommerce platforms. My role here encompasses managing every aspect of their online presence, brand awareness and team of employees both in-house and contracted.

Auravita is a large online marketplace selling through third-party sellers. My role was in managing a team who were in charge of uploading and editing our products; including SEO editing, keywords and Google Analytics. I was also involved in copy editing content and the social media department.

Canary Wharf, London.

I was contracted by Vectone in Canary Wharf as a copywriter. This position involved working with all of their various campaigns and websites, proof-reading or coming up with new, creative content where needed. I also handled their social media, including tweets, blog posts and Facebook profiles. Much of this involved keeping up with the latest trends and news in order to attract more customers and maintain a current profile.

The Netherlands

My role with the European Space agency involved proof-reading and accurately translating their Dutch material into English. This work was mainly on their website, but I also checked signs, leaflets and information booklets that were all available to the public. The latter also included design-work, as I redesigned the layout of some of their material.
