At present Katherine is working at the forefront of Future Ways of Working design strategy, assisting property developers re-imagine their assets and develop new building typologies to best suit the evolving needs of both building tenants and the greater public. Prior to joining ERA-Co, Katherine worked inside architecture practices, universities, fintech organisations and social enterprise start-ups. A creative and entrepreneurial problem solver, Katherine has worked across Australia, the US, China and India on projects ranging from design strategy, organisational development & global expansion, and architectural design across multiple sectors and building typologies.
