-Led team of 7 US and Nigerien specialists to design and implement a $12.5 million climate-resilient agriculture financing facility, part of MCC's compact with the Government of Niger-Member of core team which conducted cabinet-level negotiations with the Government of Niger for MCC's $437 million compact, the largest bi-lateral investment in Niger's history.-Initiated and negotiated partnership with the US African Development Foundation which saved MCC $3 million in operating costs for the Niger climate-resilient agriculture facility. -Initiated private sector partnership workstream in MCC's Niger Compact and advised Nigerien country counterparts on local and multinational private sector engagement strategy-Oversaw implementation and private sector engagement for the $40 million Off-grid Clean Energy Facility in Benin, the largest single investment in off-grid energy by the US Government at the time. Led co-investment discussions for off-grid and on-grid projects with the African Development Bank, CrossBoundary (a PE firm), and other prospective partners. -Partnered with US Trade and Development Agency to implement first ever workshop on off-grid energy standards and best practices led by US companies in Benin.-Oversaw $6.2 million Zambia Innovation Grants Program for innovative models in water and sanitation service delivery.
