Sales managers have seen a dramatic increase in CRM adoption, reporting and compliance while their outside sales reps have spent less time entering meeting notes and more time selling. Management and marketing now see sales information entered accurately and quickly. Clients also have the secondary benefit of data cleansing as we help identify duplicate profiles or misaligned data. In 2007 it became clear that in order to compete in a commoditized market, a freestanding website and brand was required. Transitioned from "Civicom Transcription Department" to our new brand, TranscriptionWing. This was imperative to begin our SEO and Ad Words journey. Converted the outbound sales strategy into an online marketing model. Modified the propriety workflow tool made for Dial-A-Note to accommodate TranscriptionWing's workflow to save on technical costs and ongoing maintenance. Set up an on-demand resource model in the Philippines to process transcription files by hiring a flexible staff. Created a marketing campaign solely for recruiting purposes to ensure we always had ample supply of high quality resources. This online recruiting campaign still delivers 100+ applicants each month. Competing in a commodity business was a challenge, but certainly one that can be won. In 2018, the TranscriptionWing brand was put under the direction of a new Business Director due to the growing needs (and revenue!) of Dial A Note. -
