Area Site Manager (Down Town Burj Dubai)/Sharja Operations– Manage and direct a staff of 0ver 30 technical staff responsible for providing a wide range of electronic security services to several prestigious developments in Burj Downtown Dubai. Manage and coordinate daily activities for comprehensive maintenance of access control systems, fire fighting systems, building management systems, gate barriers, CCTVs, UPS, and alarm systems at Sharja Islamic Museums, Qanat Al Qasba, Sharja Arts Museum (Sharja Operations) (Downtown Area) Burj Views, Old Town Residences and Old Town Commercial Island. Championed in facilities numerous innovations including fabrication of specialized components to improve system dependability and enhance customer service levels. Interface with multiple contractors, property developers, Municipality staff, civil defense, and home owners to ensure client satisfaction and uninterrupted service. Conducts site survey and condition survey to assist the business development department for tenders and proposal. Preparation of SOP’s and formulates KPI’s and SLA to achieve client’s standards. Involves in transitions and handover process to ensure that all deliverables are prepared and Manuals are well reviewed and based on the consultant’s specification and requirements. Planning and directing, budgeting several sites for maintenance, transitions, handover and assisting the business development department in concluding their tenders by preparing the site survey report and technical evaluation for the services rendered of the company. Reviewing operations manual and specification within transition period and identify all snags during the defect liability period.

Developed customized system designs for various ELV systems to include CCTV, access control, gate barriers, structured cabling, audiovisual systems, etc. Provided turnkey solutions including equipment/material selection, drawings, schematics, and installation/ commissioning plans. Troubleshot several recurring issues with previously installed systems that resulted in significant system performance improvements and costs savings.
