Project Manager
CurrentConfidently manage eHealth projects to achieve delivery on time, within budget and to the agreed quality specifications through effective planning, organising, directing, controlling and monitoring of multiple projects.My role also includes:• Defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility• Estimating project budgets and keeping record of all running costs • Assessing project risks and proactively performing risk management • Facilitating morning stand-up meeting with scrum team• Presents reports to stakeholders on process as well as problems and solutions• Manage change to the project scope, project schedule and project expenses • Preparing any follow-on action recommendations• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document project needs• Overall project governance, tracking timelines, and ensuring compliance to government standards and regulations
