CNM Online is a trading name of Prestige Radiators LTD, a family run business founded in 2004. We started with humble beginnings and have progressed to owning our own warehouse, show room and call centre! Since 2004 we have seen massive growth in our customer base and now have over 200,000 customers. We have supplied products for the new Wembley stadium, have become affiliated with the North Eastern Universities Purchasing Consortium as well as working with many schools, councils, colleges, universities, NHS trusts as well as thousands and thousands of members of the general public.My role was pivotal in the growth of CNM Online Ltd. I managed a successful sales and customer service team and implemented strategic business development plans in order to meet KPI's for business growth.

Responsible for supporting the National contracts from both the public and private sector, and creating new business opportunities for employee engagement and personal development plans. I networked at a high level and liaised with organisations such as local authorities, fire services, youth offending teams, DEFRA, MOD, HMRC, and Job Centre Plus.

I supported a case load of young people from across the North Yorkshire region. I implemented personal development plans, and assigned them to Princes Trust programmes to suit their needs. This involved working with social services, Youth Offending Teams, Pupil Referral Units and the local authority groups. During this time I achieved a higher diploma in Youth work and an adult teaching qualification.
