• Possesses knowledge of psychiatric clinical diagnosis and the ability to articulate those indicators professionally• Evaluate patient medical records to determine severity of patient’s illness and appropriateness of level of care• Contact external case managers and managed care organizations to conduct utilization initial and concurrent reviews by due date to negotiate and advocate for patient length of stay and level of care• Monitors patient charts and records to evaluate care concurrent with the patient’s treatment• Reviews treatment plans and status of approvals from insurers• Coordinates peer to peer reviews• Collaborates with the business office and billing department to complete and file appeals. • Track and confirm accurate attendance data for all levels of care for patient services performed and document in Epic for billing department• Collects and compiles data required and according to applicable policies and regulations.• Consults/collaborates with physicians/case manager/group therapists/nursing staff as needed, including attending and participating in treatment team meetings• Provides crisis intervention and direct treatment: individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy based on client needs• Facilitates the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) as needed, utilizing evidenced based program curriculum• Provide competent and ethical therapy with clients to assist clients in achieving stated goals and objectives and meeting productivity protocol for therapy• Demonstrate appropriate & complete documentation of treatment – related information including diagnostic summaries, treatment plans and reviews, progress notes, correspondence, releases of information, etc. in compliance with agency standards and with Joint Commission, Federal and State regulations

• Perform intake and assessment of new client(s)• Develop treatment plans for clients(s)• Implementation of treatment plan through therapy and use of appropriate techniques and interventions• Referral to outside resources as appropriate• Termination of therapeutic relationship as appropriate

• Sort and date incoming claims mail, obtain separation information, process claim appropriately by state and type – act as go between for the state and the employer• Maintain a working knowledge of unemployment law for all 50 states, DC and Puerto Rico• Respond appropriately to unemployment claims on the employer’s behalf for all 50 states, DC and Puerto Rico• Communicate with employers (clients) via telephone, email and fax to obtain separation information, answer questions, make recommendations for course of action, advise for close-outs and appeals• Communicate with state unemployment adjudicators and hearing officers in regards to the processing of claims • Draft and submit initial protests, responses to adjudicator inquiries and appeals for hearings• Participate in hearings as the representative for timeliness on the employer’s behalf

• Answer customer questions concerning transactions, account research, complaints and problem solving• Ascertain banking needs in order to generate referrals and follow up on sales leads• Daily/monthly monitoring, balancing and reporting of GL accounts and operating expenses • Compliance officer - ensure that all areas of regulatory compliance are being met • Perform general administrative duties including but not limited to: Emailing  Filing  Copying  Data entry Database management  Answer phones  Record and relay messages Provide excellent customer service via phone and email Daily mail and banking duties  Office supply ordering and stocking• Greet, guide, lead orientations, train and supervise all new employees• Supervise and coordinate schedules for 8-10 employees
