About Kathi Lafferty

I am the volunteer Mushroom Festival Coordinator becoming involved with this organization as a board member for the 17th Annual event. The Mushroom Festival will celebrate 31 years September 9, 10 and 11 this year (2016). The festival has given over $800,00 - some to mushroom research at City of Hope but most going to non-profits in the surrounding KSQ communities.Currently I am promoting/selling a mushroom product that I developed over the summer of 2009 - Snack N Shrooms® Kennett Square's Favorite Snack. It is a seasoned mushroom chip. This item has been approved by the PA Dept. of AG and also the Chester County Health Department.It is being marketed under Dettori Foods, LLC.
